Fuji HBNG New Concept Ring with deeply pressed silicon carbide (SiC) insert. This special series offers extreme strength with very good corrosion resistance and high hardness due to the curved S-4 stainless steel frame. The relatively short frame shape with the exclusive geometry ensures optimal rod action and prevents possible line tangles. The light notches on the ring feet prevent slipping under the binding thread.
The ring is approximately 30% lighter than comparable rings at the same strength due to its technical design and offers improved 'overall performance' as a unit with the blank. The ring is ideally suited for boat rods and is suitable for use with all lines, including steel leaders.
