The hollow braided variant offers the great advantage that line connections can be spliced, thus maintaining the full load capacity of the line at the connection. Furthermore, there is hardly any resistance at the connection points when casting. With different splice methods, various loops and connections can be easily made, even with different strengths of lines or even combinations with monofilament line are possible, allowing the stretch behavior to be adapted to the corresponding requirements. Ideally, splice or latch needles are used for this purpose, which you can also obtain from us in the shop. The line offered here is ideal for making top-shot connections as well as butterfly or assist hooks. Using it with a planer or downrigger would also be sensible due to the high load capacity.
