Lightweight, high-quality single-leg ring with LS insert in PVD-coated stainless steel frame. The PVD coating ensures high resistance to corrosion and other external influences. The coating involves ion particles being applied to the stainless steel frame at very high temperatures in a vacuum process, resulting in an optimal bond. Deeply pressed and additionally secured by a flexible adhesive with the following features:
- The frame is made of marine-grade SS316 material, providing very high strength and optimal corrosion resistance.
- PVD coated surface
- Sleek LS insert made of ZrO2 in black. The highly polished insert offers SIC-like top properties.
- Very lightweight two-leg frame with special anti-tangle geometry to largely avoid line tangling.
- Due to the deep pressing, the insert is better protected against mechanical influences.
- The frame geometry gives the ring very high strength due to the appropriate angle position, despite its delicate appearance.
