An ideal downrigger replacement! The planner is ideal for trolling baits at various depths without heavy additional weights. In the trolling position, it is guided at a 45-degree angle, and when a fish is hooked, the position changes to a current-friendly position, so that the fight is only slightly hindered. The parts are made of stainless steel and brass and are very well processed. The deluxe version has a reinforcement plate on the underside for added stiffness.
