The specially developed 2K varnish for professional rod building is based on an "Epoxy Polymer Technology" and has optimal application properties. The LS Supreme varnish has a slightly higher viscosity and a longer processing time (about 45-60 min.) than comparable varnishes and is also suitable for thinner varnish layers. The varnish becomes completely clear after curing and has a high UV resistance.
- Optimal processing temperature 20-24°C
- Mixing ratio 1:1 volume parts
- Mix the mixture for about 2 min. until the marbling effect disappears
- Let it rest for about 2 min after mixing
- Dust dry after about 6 hours
- The coating is "ready to use" after about 24 hours
- The final curing is achieved after about 5 days
- A second coating should be done no later than 48 hours to ensure optimal bonding
The varnish is delivered in various containers.
