High-quality all-round end ring in PVD-coated SS316 stainless steel frame with pressed and sealed RS insert. The bridges are fixed laterally, so that snagging of the line is largely avoided. The PVD coating ensures high resistance to corrosion and other external influences. In the coating process, ion particles are applied to the stainless steel frame at very high temperatures in a vacuum process, resulting in an optimal bond.
RSolution stands for a new ring concept specifically developed by Sea-Guide. The insert material (Silicon Nitride) offers an incredibly high resistance to all mechanical impacts with very high fracture insensitivity. The low friction coefficient results in optimal sliding properties and the very good thermal conductivity ensures that in extreme friction, caused by fast line passage, the heat is optimally dissipated. Additionally, the very flat construction of the insert results in a larger inner diameter and a lower overall weight for comparable ring sizes.
