Robust yet lighter, high-quality double-leg ring with RS insert in PVD-coated SS316 stainless steel frame with pressed and sealed RS insert. The PVD coating ensures high resistance to corrosion and other external influences. The coating process applies ion particles at very high temperatures in a vacuum process to the stainless steel frame, achieving an optimal bond.
RSolution stands for a new ring concept specifically developed by Sea-Guide. The insert material offers an incredibly high resistance to all mechanical impacts with very high break insensitivity. The low friction coefficient results in optimal sliding properties, and the very good thermal conductivity ensures that in extreme friction, caused by fast line passage, heat is optimally dissipated. Additionally, the very flat construction of the insert results in a larger inner diameter and a lower overall weight for comparable ring sizes.
