Lowrider ring with oval insert in PVD-coated stainless steel frame. The PVD coating ensures high resistance to corrosion and other external influences. The coating involves ion particles being applied to the stainless steel frame at very high temperatures in a vacuum process, resulting in an optimal bond. Deeply pressed and additionally secured by a flexible adhesive with the following features:
- The frame is made of Stainless Steel SS304 material, providing very high strength and optimal corrosion resistance.
- PVD coated surface
- Oval insert made of ZrO2 in black. The highly polished insert offers SIC-like top properties.
- Very robust double-strut frame with special geometry.
- Due to the deep pressing, the insert is better protected against mechanical influences.
- The strong frame offers very good protection against deformation.
